Job summary

LEGO Group is seeking a Senior Experience Designer to lead concept development, prototyping, and enhancement of LEGO building experiences. You will collaborate with designers, engineers, product managers, marketers, and researchers in an agile, consumer-focused setting.

The role emphasizes co-design, design thinking, and strong visualization and communication skills to translate ideas into tangible prototypes for paper and digital instructions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Design, Experience Design, or Service Design with a solid methodological toolbox.
• Strong visualization and communication skills to convey concepts clearly.
• Experience leading with Design Thinking to drive innovation and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current paper and digital building instructions to improve user experience for builders of all ages.
• Co-design engaging building experiences that foster consumer confidence and satisfaction.
• Coordinate and facilitate design sprints and workshops with partners across LEGO Group.
