Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking a Senior Experience Designer to lead the ideation, prototyping and enhancement of the LEGO building experience. You will design intuitive journeys from inspiration to unboxing, and collaborate with designers, engineers, PMs, marketers and researchers in an agile, insights-driven environment.

You will guide end-to-end design from concept through testing, balancing consumer needs with business value while mentoring teammates and driving innovative experiences across

Qualifications

• Degree in Design, Experience Design or Service Design.
• Solid toolbox of methods for designing and evaluating experiences.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve building instructions and experiences to delight builders of all ages.
• Coordinate and facilitate design sprints and workshops with LEGO partners.
• Lead workstreams and pilot projects with independent ownership.
• Involve consumers in testing and synthesize actionable insights.
• Champion Design Thinking and Design Process in practice within the team.
• Collaborate with product design, eng, marketing and researchers across the value chain.
