Qualifications

• 8+ years in automotive sales network development or related functions.
• 3+ years in European automotive markets.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are advantageous.
• Strong understanding of European distribution, partner models, and contracting.

Responsabilités

• Develop Xiaomi EV's network development strategy and phased expansion objectives.
• Define dealer selection criteria, partnership frameworks, and commercial models.
• Lead commercial discussions, partner negotiations, and implementation.
• Drive network expansion across multiple markets including Nordics and Central/Eastern Europe.
• Own partner and location pipeline; monitor progress and report findings.
• Build long-term relationships with key partners to support network growth.
• Establish performance management covering sales, CX, and brand standards.
• Support site selection, retail development, and brand alignment.
