Job summary

Xiaomi Technology is seeking a Senior PR Manager – Northern & Eastern Europe to lead PR and communications across Nordics, Poland, Czech Republic and beyond. You will translate regional priorities into local media strategies, build relationships with automotive and tech media, and support market-entry and brand-building initiatives.

Reporting to the Head of Northern & Eastern Europe, the role requires 5-8 years in automotive PR or brand communications, strong English, and willingness to travel

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in automotive PR or brand communications.
• Professional fluency in English; other European languages a plus.
• Experience coordinating regional PR across Northern & Eastern Europe.
• Established relationships with automotive media or KOLs.
• Travel 20–30% across the region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute PR plans for Northern & Eastern European markets.
• Lead regional communications initiatives, including product launches and media events.
• Build and maintain relationships with automotive and tech media; organize media briefings.
• Monitor media sentiment and support crisis communications.
• Coordinate localization of PR materials and regional social content.
