Earthstream seeks a Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale data centre projects in Denmark. You will manage the electrical scope from design through commissioning, ensuring safety, schedule adherence and budget compliance.

Bring extensive experience in electrical systems for data centres and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, coordinate contractors and deliver high-quality installations across all project phases.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Senior Electrical Project Manager delivering data centre, mission-critical or large-scale electrical projects.
• Strong knowledge of LV/MV distribution, UPS, generators, switchgear and critical power infrastructure.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating electrical contractors.
• Solid understanding of construction delivery, commissioning and project controls.

Senior Electrical Project Manager – Data Centre Projects

Copenhagen, Denmark

We are seeking experienced Senior Electrical Project Managers to lead the delivery of large-scale, mission-critical data centre projects in Denmark.

This is a senior delivery role responsible for managing the electrical scope of complex data centre builds, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical project management within data centres, critical infrastructure, industrial, or large-scale commercial environments, with experience managing complex electrical installations from design through to commissioning and handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the electrical delivery of large-scale data centre projects.
• Oversee electrical installations, coordination, progress, and quality across all project phases.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Electrical Project Manager / Electrical Project Manager.
• Strong experience delivering data centre, mission-critical, or complex electrical projects.
• Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, including LV/MV distribution, UPS, generators, switchgear, and critical power infrastructure.
• Experience managing electrical contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of construction delivery, commissioning, and project controls.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced project environment.

Desirable

• Previous hyperscale data centre project experience.
• Experience working on European data centre projects.
• Electrical engineering qualification or relevant technical background.
• Experience with commissioning and operational readiness.
