Job summary

Earthstream seeks a Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale data centre projects in Denmark. You will manage the electrical scope from design through commissioning, ensuring safety, schedule adherence and budget compliance.

Bring extensive experience in electrical systems for data centres and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, coordinate contractors and deliver high-quality installations across all project phases.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Senior Electrical Project Manager delivering data centre, mission-critical or large-scale electrical projects.
• Strong knowledge of LV/MV distribution, UPS, generators, switchgear and critical power infrastructure.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating electrical contractors.
• Solid understanding of construction delivery, commissioning and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage electrical delivery of large-scale data centre projects.
• Oversee installations, coordination, progress and quality across all phases.
• Manage subcontractors, engineers, consultants and project stakeholders.
• Ensure delivery aligns with programme, budget, safety and quality requirements.
• Review electrical designs, drawings, specs and technical submissions.
• Coordinate with mechanical, construction, commissioning and client teams.
• Manage risks, reporting and issue resolution.
• Support commissioning activities, testing and handover.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and health & safety procedures.
• Provide leadership and technical guidance to project teams.
