Job summary

Earthstream is seeking an experienced Electrical Package Manager to join our delivery team for major hyperscale data centre projects in Denmark. The role is site-based, coordinating electrical packages from installation through commissioning and handover on complex builds.

You will oversee subcontractors, review drawings, manage procurement and communications with clients and consultants, while driving safety, quality and schedule adherence on site.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing electrical packages on large-scale projects.
• Experience delivering hyperscale data centre or mission-critical projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical building services and power distribution.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of assigned electrical packages throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate and supervise electrical subcontractors to ensure safe, efficient works.
• Monitor programme progress and identify risks or delays.
• Review technical drawings, specifications and construction documentation.
• Ensure works comply with project specs, standards and health & safety rules.
• Attend and lead package coordination meetings with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Manage RFIs, technical queries, design changes and procurement activities for your package.
• Oversee inspections, quality assurance and snagging activities.
• Support testing, energisation, commissioning and handover.
• Produce regular progress reports and communicate package status to senior management.
• Promote a strong culture of safety, quality and continuous improvement on site.

Electrical Package Manager – Data Centre Projects

Location: Copenhagen, Denmark

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Package Manager to join the delivery team on major hyperscale data centre projects in Denmark. This is a key site-based role responsible for managing the successful delivery of allocated electrical packages, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with the Project Manager, Construction Manager, and client teams, you will oversee subcontractors, coordinate site activities, and drive package delivery from installation through to commissioning and handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of assigned electrical packages throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate and supervise electrical subcontractors to ensure works are completed safely and efficiently.
• Monitor programme progress and identify potential risks or delays.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and construction documentation.
• Ensure all works comply with project specifications, industry standards, and health & safety requirements.
• Attend and lead package coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Manage RFIs, technical queries, design changes, and procurement activities relating to your package.
• Oversee inspections, quality assurance, and snagging activities.
• Support testing, energisation, commissioning, and project handover.
• Produce regular progress reports and communicate package status to senior management.
• Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement on site.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Electrical Package Manager, Electrical Project Engineer, Electrical Construction Manager, or Electrical Project Manager on large-scale construction projects.
• Previous experience delivering hyperscale data centre, mission-critical, pharmaceutical, industrial, or large commercial projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical building services and power distribution systems.
• Experience managing electrical subcontractors and coordinating multiple work fronts.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations and quality assurance processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary project environment.
