Qualifications

Responsibilities

• System Management: manage users, configuration, changes, risks, incidents.
• Process application code changes: update functional specs, coding, testing.
• Troubleshooting and diagnostics for system and process code.
• IT security management: hardening, patches, anti-malware.
• Continuity management: backups, recovery.
• Life Cycle Management: system and hardware upgrades.
