Job summary

Novo Nordisk Engineering (NNE) seeks a Senior Project Manager for Process Automation in Kalundborg. You will drive large pharma automation projects, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure on-site delivery across FAT, SAT, and UAT activities.

The role requires 6–10 years in DCS/ECS projects, GMP execution, and strong stakeholder management. On-site work five days a week with limited remote flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's level or similar technical background.
• 6–10 years of experience with DCS and ECS/PLC Process Automation projects.
• Experience with GMP project execution and S88/S95 knowledge.
• On-site commissioning activities (FAT, SAT, UAT) experience.
• Project management certification (PMP or PRINCE2) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute projects within your area in close collaboration with your team, identifying risks and mitigating them.
• Lead overall project planning, ensure delivery quality, and plan resources to meet schedule and cost targets.
• Estimate costs and plan budgets with engineers and specialists.
• Manage project scope and changes with stakeholders.
