Job summary

Novo Nordisk is seeking a Senior DCS IT Solution Manager to join our DCS IT Solution Managers team in Bagsværd, Denmark. You will oversee the 800xA system supporting API production, ensuring GMP compliance and alignment with Novo Nordisk requirements and health authority expectations.

This role encompasses system upgrades, daily operation, change management, IT security and optimal performance. You will collaborate across the DCS IT organization to deliver reliable automation for our pilot

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with Process Control docs (PID, S88).
• Knowledge of server and IT infrastructure management (patching, monitoring).
• Experience with 800xA or similar DCS technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage Users, Configuration, Changes, Risks and Incidents.
• Handle process application code changes and testing.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose system and code issues.
• IT security management including patches and malware protection.
• Oversee continuity through backups and recovery.
• Life cycle management of systems and hardware upgrades.
