Job summary

Novo Nordisk A/S is seeking a Senior DCS IT Solution Manager to join the CMC Development team in Bagsværd. You will ensure operation and compliance of the new 800xA system supporting API production in Pilot factories, handling system upgrades, daily operations, and regulatory alignment.

The role emphasizes system design documentation, incident management, and continuous optimization of automation processes within a GMP framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master in Engineering or Computer Science.
• Knowledge of process control and documentation such as PID, control strategies, and S88.
• Knowledge of server and IT infrastructure management (patching, monitoring, networking).
• Experience with 800xA is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process application code changes (e.g. FS updates, code reviews, programming, testing).
• Troubleshooting and diagnostics of the system and process code.
• IT security management (patching, hardening, anti-malware).
• Continuity management (monitoring backups, recovery).
• Life cycle management (system/hardware upgrades).
• Develop/update design docs, SOPs, and guidelines; manage incidents and deviations; prepare change requests.
