Job summary

ALK is seeking a Senior AI Adoption Lead to drive the organization's AI adoption program from Denmark, engaging employees across all business areas and ensuring sustainable change.

You will lead enablement activities, design training curricula (Foundations, Advanced Prompting), and coordinate workshops and communities of practice, while measuring adoption and impact for leadership review.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in change management, IT adoption, and training delivery.
• Proven facilitation and training experience.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder skills across all levels.
• Fluent in English.
• Hands-on curiosity about generative AI.
• Experience creating AI assistants or agents.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own ALK's AI adoption programme, turning enthusiasm into measurable value.
• Design and run tailored upskilling, training calendars, and micro-learning initiatives.
• Measure GenAI usage and provide data to support AI strategy and governance.
• Act as bridge between business and IT, translating tech concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Coordinate AI Champions network, engage departments, and drive adopter momentum.
• Collaborate with technical teams to align AI solutions with business needs.
