Job summary

Novo Nordisk in Søborg, Denmark invites an experienced AVP to lead the new R&D Process Orchestration function. You will accelerate development by redesigning workflows, driving enterprise-wide alignment, and delivering data-driven decisions across the R&D value chain from strategy to submission.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or other advanced degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategic direction for the processorchestration area across R&D.
• Own and continuously improve key portfolio management processes and optimize the Global Project Framework.
• Drive and facilitate process excellence by redesigning workflows, simplifying handovers, managing interdependencies, and improving end-to-end process efficiency.
• Partner with senior leaders and subject matter experts across R&D, Quality, CMC, Digital, and other areas to drive enterprise-wide alignment and change to accelerate development of asset strategy, clinical trial planning, execution and submission.
• Work with our AI and Digital area to accelerate digital transformation of how we set asset strategy and enable a seamless downstream execution.
• Build organizational capability by developing a high-performing team and fostering continuous improvement culture.
• Represent Novo Nordisk externally in relevant industry forums and benchmark emerging best practices in R&D operations.
