Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance or Electrical education (Electrician or Electrical Engineer).
• 2-4 years work experience in sales (B2B or B2C).
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office; Salesforce or SAP experience is an advantage.
• Team player with a sense of ownership.
• Target- and result-driven with analytical thinking and an adaptable personality.
• Professional communication in English; Nordic language knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads, converting opportunities into sales.
• Plan and manage customer accounts and sales activities.
• Identify customer needs and present suitable solutions.
• Prepare quotes, handle objections, and support deal closure.
• Coordinate solution delivery and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain Salesforce records, forecasts and KPI reporting.
