Job summary

Corpay is hiring a Customer Support Agent for Corpay One in Copenhagen, Denmark. You will collaborate with the Customer Service and Customer Account Executive teams to deliver a first-class service to internal and external customers.

The role involves responding to inquiries via chat, email and phone, troubleshooting, guiding customers, documenting cases, and sharing feedback with product and engineering. Fluency in Danish and English is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in customer service or SaaS support.
• Fluent Danish and English in speech and writing.
• Proactive, customer-focused mindset with high attention to detail.
• Experience with ticketing systems and support workflows.
• Strong IT skills and comfort with troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Jira and Intercom preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone promptly.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide accurate solutions.
• Guide customers step by step to maximize product use.
• Document and track all customer cases with follow-up.
• Report bugs and feedback to product and engineering.
• Keep product knowledge up-to-date and contribute to FAQs.
