Copenhive in our brand new office in Copenhagen is hiring a Customer Support Agent who speaks Danish and English and loves helping people. This role covers Day and Late shifts, with rotations across five weekly shifts including weekends.

You will provide assistance via telephone, email and live chat, resolve inquiries with care, identify client needs and propose effective solutions while maintaining a high standard of service.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Danish and English (written and spoken).
• Strong commitment to customer service and an interest in sales.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive attitude with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive customer assistance via telephone, email, and live chat, primarily in Danish and English.
