What You'll Do •Drive and improve our S&OP process to ensure revenue, delivery and satisfied customers •Work with rolling forecast, risks and opportunities to ensure resilience in robot delivery •Partner with sales, finance, operations, R&D and product management to ensure smooth S&OP process •Data and AI analytics to keep high data driven decisions •Support order optimization, lead time changes, customer requests, and backlog execution •Help establish, standardize, and improve Revenue & S&OP processes and governance. What We're Looking For •Experience in Revenue Operations, S&OP or Supply Chain management •Strong analytical skills and a structured, data-driven mindset. •Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems, CRM systems, data analytics and AI •Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. •Knowledge of LEAN principles and experience in a multicultural environment is a plus.
