Job summary

Teradyne Robotics in Odense, Denmark, is seeking a Finance Manager/Controller to lead financial management for multiple business units and drive reporting, consolidation, and external reporting. You will be part of a global finance organization and work with international teams to advance automation and efficiency.

You will support monthly, quarterly, and annual close, internal group reporting, and audits, while leveraging Excel, Dynamics AX, and Power BI to enhance insights and controls.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or HD level in finance or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with auditing background.
• Strong competencies in controlling, consolidation, and tax matters.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Dynamics AX and Power BI.
• Structured, analytical, proactive work approach; capable of independent responsibility and cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluent in Danish and English.

Responsibilities

• Financial reporting and controlling for specific business units, including reconciliation and compliance.
• Participation in monthly, quarterly and annual close; internal group reporting, consolidation and external reporting.
• Coordinate audits and maintain documentation for internal and external audits.
• Transfer pricing documentation and tax-related tasks with external advisors.
• Drive continuous optimization of internal processes and cash flow modeling.
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects including ESG and ERP initiatives.

Do you want to be a key player in the financial management of a growing global technology company?

At Teradyne Robotics, we are looking for an experienced and ambitious Finance Manager/Controller with solid expertise in controlling and reporting—and a desire to take responsibility for complex areas such as internal group reporting, consolidation, and external reporting.

You will be part of our headquarters in Odense, joining an international finance environment with around 20 colleagues in Denmark and collaboration with global teams. We are undergoing a major transformation of our finance function, focusing on automation, compliance, and efficiency—and you will have a significant opportunity to influence this journey.

Your primary responsibilities
You will be responsible for financial reporting and controlling for specific business units, including reconciliation, compliance, and analysis of reporting packages. You will also participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing tasks, where you will be responsible for internal group reporting, consolidation, and external reporting.

For the right candidate, there will also be opportunities to take responsibility for:

• Coordinating audits and ensuring documentation for internal and external audits
• Transfer pricing documentation and tax-related tasks in collaboration with external advisors
• Continuous optimization and establishment of internal processes
• Managing cash flow and establish cash flow model
• Participation in cross-functional business projects, including future ESG and ERP projects
