We are hiring a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our restaurant operations in the vibrant city of Odense Denmark As a Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of servers chefs and other staff members to ensure the highest level of customer service and operational efficiency

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective strategies to increase revenue and profitability

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role preferably in fine dining establishments
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
• Familiarity with restaurant management software eg POS systems
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Fluency in English Danish is a plus
• Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field

Compensation

Salary 1300$ per month negotiable based on experience
