We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our restaurant in Herning Denmark. As a Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and profitability of the restaurant. This includes managing staff, overseeing inventory and ordering supplies, maintaining quality standards and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations regarding food safety and handling
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English; Danish language skills preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays if needed
