We are seeking a motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Odense Denmark

As the Hotel Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase hotel revenue and occupancy

Your main goal will be to attract new clients and maintain positive relationships with existing ones

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales plans to achieve hotel revenue targets
• Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients travel agencies and other potential partners
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
• Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to make necessary adjustments to sales strategies
• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing front office and reservations to ensure a seamless booking process for clients
• Conduct regular sales meetings with the team to discuss progress goals and challenges

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Hotel Sales Manager or in a similar sales role within the hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of sales techniques market trends and competitor activities
• Excellent communication skills in English additional languages are a plus
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients from various backgrounds
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred
