FreshStart UAE is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead our Aarhus team, overseeing daily operations, staffing, training, and financial management to ensure an exceptional dining experience.

You will drive customer service excellence, monitor food quality, manage budgets and costs, and collaborate with the kitchen to introduce new menu items while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in restaurant industry preferred but not required.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent English (Danish a plus).
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing budgets.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, food safety regulations, and cost control techniques.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our team in Aarhus. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant, including staffing, training, customer service, and financial management. Your main goal will be to ensure that our guests have an exceptional dining experience and that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
