Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality support within a customer service or stakeholder-facing role.
• Ability to communicate confidently with customer stakeholders at varying levels of seniority.
• Capable of handling a high volume of enquiries with accuracy and professionalism.
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills to resolve and escalate issues when needed.
• Experience using knowledge bases and system documentation to resolve queries.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining service levels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with clear explanations and reassurance.
• Adaptable and resilient in periods of high demand and changing priorities.
• Experience supporting benefits, HR services, payroll inquiries, or employee-facing tech is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality first-line support to customer stakeholders across multiple channels.
• Build trusted relationships through empathetic and personalised support with strong communication.
• Resolve requests at first contact using knowledge resources and appropriate permissions.
• Investigate, diagnose, and triage issues, handing off to specialists when escalate is required.
• Provide proactive, professional communication and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Maintain knowledge of Benifex products and policies to maximise first-contact resolution.
• Identify recurring issues and opportunities to improve processes and products.
• Contribute to knowledge resources to keep information accurate and accessible.
• Collaborate with senior specialists and cross-functional teams to resolve issues promptly.
