Next Job Abroad is seeking a Danish-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our international fintech team. You will support customers using financial and digital payment services via phone, email and chat, delivering excellent service while based remotely in Greece.

You will work within a multicultural environment, collaborating with colleagues across borders to ensure a seamless customer experience and high satisfaction levels.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Danish is required.
• Very good English, both spoken and written.
• Experience in customer support is an advantage but not required.
• Interest in fintech, digital banking and payment solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong problem-solving mindset.
• Good technical skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Strong sense of ownership and team spirit.
• Flexible and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
