Job summary

Benifex Denmark A/S is seeking a Risk Consultant for its Corporate Benefits team. You will manage risk consultancy services for mid to high value clients on OneHub, overseeing cross-service delivery from Group Risk products to provide comprehensive risk solutions.

The role offers a fully remote arrangement with a flexible setup, a strong progression path, and a competitive benefits package including income protection and parental leave. Based in the UK/IRE or fully remote from elsewhere.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of commercial delivery and business development of Risk customers.
• Experience delivering Risk consulting advice and solutions to large corporate clients.
• Technical proficiency in Group Risk products like Life and Income Protection.
• GR1 qualified or working towards it; FCA procedures understanding.
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management.
• Excellent consultative selling, influencing and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Contributing to profitable revenue growth across multiple services and targets.
• Build knowledge of each customer account's Risk strategy and decision makers.
• Secure broking meetings and lead presentations and negotiations.
• Expand the business within existing services and cross-sell.
• Ensure timely delivery of services per project plan with client meetings.
