Next Job Abroad seeks a Danish-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join an international fintech team and support customers using innovative financial and digital payment services. The role is fully remote, based in Greece, and offers a chance to build an international career while enjoying the Mediterranean lifestyle.

You will be the first point of contact via phone, email, and chat, helping customers with products and services, resolving issues, and delivering great experiences.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Danish is required.
• Very good English, both spoken and written.
• Experience in customer support is an advantage, but not required.
• Interest in digital banking, fintech and payment solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong problem-solving mindset.
• Good technical skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Strong sense of ownership and team spirit.
• Flexibility and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer and client inquiries via phone, email and chat.
• Provide daily support and advise customers on best practices for their business.
• Answer questions about new and existing financial products, services and solutions.
• Handle customer complaints in a professional, solution-oriented way.
• Investigate and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
• Create a seamless customer experience and help build loyalty.
