Job summary

Benifex seeks a Health Consultant to join its Corporate Benefits team in Southampton. You will provide full consultancy on Health Benefits to mid to high value customers via OneHub, managing, retaining, and growing accounts across PMI, Dental, Cashplan, EAPs and Health Assessments.

This role offers a fully remote arrangement with occasional in-person collaboration. You will build client health strategies, deliver impactful presentations, cross-sell services, and ensure on-time delivery in line

Qualifications

Proven track record of delivering health-related commercial outcomes.
Experience presenting to large corporate customers on health solutions.
Strong knowledge of corporate health benefits and services.

Responsibilities

Grow revenue across multiple health services and plans for clients.
Understand client health strategies and decision makers to tailor solutions.
Lead broker meetings, coordinate experts, prepare high-quality presentations and negotiations.
Cross-sell additional services within existing accounts.
Ensure timely delivery of agreed services per project plans, with client team collaboration.
