Cross Border Talents, a globally connected company, is hiring a Remote Support Specialist for the Danish market. You will support customers through the full order journey, handle sensitive data, and coordinate with carriers and internal teams from your home in Portugal.

The role is 100% remote in Portugal, 40 hours per week with rotating shifts, and includes paid training, health insurance from day one, and an option to live in a company apartment for international relocations.

Qualifications

• Experience in back-office or support roles is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and tech-savvy.
• Ability to handle PCI and GDPR compliant processes.

Responsibilities

• Support customers through the full order journey: payments, deliveries, returns & refunds
• Handle sensitive data in line with PCI and GDPR standards
• Communicate with carriers, financial institutions & internal teams
• Use problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues
