Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a Remote Support Specialist to serve the Danish market from Portugal. This fully remote position includes accommodation support for international relocations and a 40-hour work week with rotating shifts.

You will handle orders, payments, deliveries, returns and refunds, protect data per PCI/GDPR, and communicate with carriers and internal teams. The role includes paid training and health insurance from day one, with an apartment option for relocation.

Qualifications

• Back-office or support experience is a plus
• Adaptability, autonomy and positive team spirit are desirable

Responsibilities

• Support customers through the full order journey: payments, deliveries, returns & refunds
• Handle sensitive data in line with PCI and GDPR standards
• Communicate with carriers, financial institutions & internal teams
