Cross Border Talents is hiring a Remote Support Specialist for the Danish market, working fully from home in Portugal. You’ll support customers through order journeys, handle payments, deliveries, returns and refunds, while upholding PCI and GDPR rules.

• Support customers through the full order journey: payments, deliveries, returns & refunds

• Communicate with carriers, financial institutions & internal teams
• Use your problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues
