Lever, Inc. is seeking a Patient Onboarding Agent (remote) in Denmark to guide patients through at-home sleep testing onboarding and oral appliance treatment. You’ll be the primary contact as patients move from purchase to telehealth scheduling, impression kit processing, and manufacturing handoffs.

Expect 100+ cases and high-volume, structured workflow. The role emphasizes empathy, precise documentation, and cross-functional collaboration with insurance, clinical, sales, and manufacturing

Formación

• 1+ year in customer or patient support or call center, healthcare/telehealth experience a plus.
• Proven de-escalation skills for sensitive conversations (cancellations, refunds, billing).
• Strong organization and time management for high-volume caseloads.
• Excellent written and spoken English with professional communication.
• Attention to detail and disciplined documentation habits.
• Empathetic, patient-first communication; calm under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Own each patient onboarding journey from purchase through telehealth scheduling and kit delivery.
• Maintain a personal caseload of 100+ patients across onboarding stages.
• Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, SMS, and email within SLAs; proactive outreach.
• Coordinate with insurance, clinical, sales, and manufacturing teams to resolve issues.
• Guide impression kit completion, follow up on returns, and coordinate next steps.
• Handle cancellations, refunds, and billing concerns with de-escalation procedures.
• Route clinical questions to the appropriate team; do not provide medical advice.
• Document all interactions in Salesforce accurately and promptly.
• Protect patient privacy per HIPAA and applicable procedures.
• Identify feedback and process gaps; communicate insights to leadership.
• Deliver services professionally within agreed timelines and guidelines.
