Job summary

Patiro is seeking a Medical Assistant to join our international pre-screening team in Aalborg, Denmark. You will call potential trial participants, ask standard health questions, and assess eligibility with careful listening. You’ll keep records in our patient portal and handle outbound calls from your own device.

This flexible, part-time role pays hourly and offers training and ongoing support as you engage with participants worldwide. English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• Medical knowledge or ongoing study in related field.
• Strong English speaking and writing skills.
• Flexible about working hours (weekdays and weekends).
• Strong phone and verbal communication with active listening.

Responsibilities

• Call patients from a predefined list, and ask predefined questions to assess eligibility.
• Engage in active listening with patients, confirming, or clarifying information.
• Keep records of all conversations in our patient portal in a comprehensible way.
• Manage outbound calls in a timely manner.
• Ad hoc tasks (occasional translations: short research texts, articles, or disease overview/descriptions)
