Job summary

MiniMed is hiring for a permanent, hybrid Customer Care & Supply Chain role based in Copenhagen. You will work closely with patients, hospitals, and internal stakeholders to improve the customer experience through the Order-To-Cash process and technology-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

• Fluent Finnish, English, and sufficient Swedish.
• Empathy and customer perspective.
• Experience with CRM systems – Preferably SAP.
• Strong communication skills.
• Structured way of working, resilience and customer orientation.

• Ability to motivate others to pursue common goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support in Order-To-Cash processes.
• Provide professional level of support to patients, Centre of Expertise and Field Sales team.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction goals.
• Handle all incoming calls and emails to shared mailboxes, prioritize urgent requests and see through resolution.
• Provide reactive communication to customers/patients.
• Participate in process improvement and projects.
• Capture and document customer/patient specifics in internal systems.
