MiniMed is recruiting for a Customer Care & Supply Chain role based in a hybrid Watford/Copenhagen office (3/2). You will support day-to-day order-to-cash activities, interact with patients, clinicians and internal teams, and contribute to process improvements while maintaining high service levels.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with sales, pricing, and marketing, requiring strong communication and CRM experience in a patient-centric environment.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent English, Danish, and sufficient Norwegian
• Experience with CRM systems; SAP preferred

Aufgaben

• Provide professional level of support to patients, Centre of Expertise and Field Sales team.
• Handle all incoming calls and emails to shared mailboxes; prioritize urgent enquiries/orders and own through to resolution.
• Capture and document customer/patient specifics in internal systems.
• Contribute to process improvement and participate in projects.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and accuracy in records.
