Baser is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to take over the voice customers meet. You’ll handle the full inbox for Denmark, Germany, the UK, Australia and the US, training until you own the voice. The role covers pre-sale advice, video consultations, logistics, spare parts and warranty for B2B partners.

Remote, Europe-based, full-time, with seasonal peaks and a patient, personal touch. You’ll grow with regional peers, including an Australia-focused CX manager by mid-2027, becoming the senior

Qualificações

• Fluent in Danish and English
• Excellent communication and warmth in conversation
• Experience building SOPs, FAQs or response libraries
• Comfortable on camera and personable
• Interest in owning and scaling customer experience

Responsabilidades

• Own the full customer inbox across multiple regions.
• Provide pre-sale advice, video consultations, logistics, spare parts, and warranty support for B2B partners.
• Develop and scale the customer experience function with templates and FAQs.
• Collaborate with regional peers and lead as the senior anchor of the CX team.
