Job summary

Mercier Consultancy Group is recruiting for a Danish Speaking Customer Expert to join Miele's premium support team. The role is remote from Greece, enabling you to assist Danish-speaking customers across high-end home appliances via phone, email and chat, while upholding luxury service standards.

You will handle product inquiries, registrations and warranty questions, maintain accurate CRM records, and collaborate with international teams to resolve complex issues.

Qualifications

• Fluent Danish, written and spoken.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in consumer electronics and home appliances.
• Ability to operate in a stable remote setup.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece for the role.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer support for Miele's premium products via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot inquiries related to home appliances while maintaining luxury service standards.
• Assist customers with product registrations and warranty questions.
• Maintain and update customer profiles in CRM systems for accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with international teams to resolve complex issues efficiently.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of support protocols.
