Job summary

Next Job Abroad is seeking fluent Danish speakers to join a Customer & Technical Advisor team supporting Miele, the world’s leading high-end home appliances brand. You’ll provide frontline care and technical support across Europe, handling calls, chats, and emails and coordinating with field engineers when on-site visits are needed.

You’ll train in both customer care and technical support within your first month, gaining hands-on experience and cross-skilling across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Danish (C1) and solid English (B2) for training and team comms.
• Good PC skills and ability to navigate multiple tools; basic mechanical/technical curiosity.
• High energy, empathy, and resilience for high-volume periods.
• EU passport or work eligibility to live and work in Greece.

Responsibilities

• Frontline Customer Care & Technical Support.
• Handle incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers who need a hand with their premium gear—from setting up a high-tech washing machine to programming a smart steam oven.
• Walk customers through basic troubleshooting, help them track down rare spare parts, or locate hidden serial numbers.
• Coordinate directly with field engineers to send a technician on-site.
• Cross-skill across both customer care and technical support within the first month.
• Video Call Diagnostics: Use remote software and live video to diagnose appliance glitches.
• Interactive Fixes: Guide customers step-by-step through phone or video walkthroughs to fix issues on the spot.
