Job summary

Miele in Greece is seeking a Danish-speaking customer care and technical support specialist to guide Danish customers through troubleshooting and setup of premium appliances. You will undergo a comprehensive, fully paid training program and relocate to Greece as part of an expat-friendly team.

Qualifications

• Native or C1-level Danish with good English (B2) for training.
• Friendly, communicative and patient personality for busy moments.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece for an expat lifestyle.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and emails from Danish-speaking customers, assisting with remote troubleshooting and setup questions.
• Help customers locate spare parts, find serial numbers, and coordinate service appointments with local technicians.
• Work across Customer Care and Technical Support to keep day-to-day work varied and engaging.
• Participate in an international department where English is used for training and team communications.
