Next Job Abroad is seeking a Danish-speaking professional to join our international Miele team in Greece. You will guide Danish customers through remote troubleshooting, setup questions, and premium support, while relocating for an expat-friendly assignment.

Qualifications

• Native Danish or C1 level with good English (B2).
• Good general PC skills and curiosity about gadgets.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and emails from Danish-speaking customers for remote troubleshooting and setup questions.
• Assist with spare parts, serial numbers, and service appointments with local technicians.
• Work across Customer Care and Technical Support lines to keep daily work varied and engaging.
• Training will be provided in Greece and English is the main language used for training and team communication.
