Miele is seeking a Danish-speaking customer care specialist to guide Norwegian customers, troubleshoot high-tech appliances, and provide premium service. You will undergo a comprehensive, fully paid training to become an appliance expert, and relocate to Greece for an expat-friendly experience.

Qualifications

• Native or C1 Danish fluency with good English (B2) for training and systems.
• Good general PC skills and curiosity about how things work.
• Open, communicative, friendly personality to handle busy moments.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and emails from Danish-speaking customers for remote troubleshooting and setup questions.
• Help customers locate spare parts, find serial numbers, or arrange service visits with local technicians.
• Master two lines of business—Customer Care and Technical Support—keeping work varied.
• Work in an international department where English is the training language.
