Job summary

Next Job Abroad is seeking fluent Danish speakers to join us as Customer & Technical Advisor supporting Miele, the premium smart appliances brand. You’ll handle frontline care across calls, chats, and emails, helping customers set up devices and resolve issues from a remote desk in Greece.

You'll be cross-trained in customer care and technical support within your first month, with relocation assistance, a competitive local salary, performance bonuses, and a clear path to specialist roles.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Danish (C1 level minimum).
• Solid working English (B2 level).
• Good general PC skills and ability to navigate multiple tools.
• Calm under pressure during high-volume periods.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers.
• Provide frontline customer care and technical support.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and guide customers remotely.
• Coordinate with field engineers for on-site visits.
• Assist customers through remote diagnostics and screen-sharing.
