Job summary

Factbird is seeking a Customer Success Manager for the UK and Europe to own a portfolio of manufacturing customers from live deployment through ongoing adoption. You’ll spend significant time on customer sites, guiding teams from operators to leadership and delivering paid improvement work such as coaching and Kaizen projects.

Reporting to the Director of Customer Success & Professional Services, you’ll collaborate with Sales, Solutions, and Product.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing-focused background with hands-on shop floor exposure.
• Fluent English; second European language a plus.

Responsibilities

• Launch and drive adoption of Factbird on customer sites (UK & Europe).
• Coach operators and leaders to embed Factbird in daily and weekly routines.
• Identify risks early and coordinate with Account Managers and Sales.
