Job summary

Pandektes is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to support our German-speaking customers and manage end-to-end customer journeys from onboarding to renewal.

Join a fast-growing team in a multicultural environment, with a focus on AI-powered legal research and long-term customer relationships. Remote-friendly with office presence in Copenhagen and Europe. You will collaborate with sales and product to maximize adoption and expansion opportunities across the DACH region.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer success experience.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive and able to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Onboard customers and guide them through their lifecycle from onboarding to renewal.
• Drive product adoption and customer success in the DACH region.
• Build a community of power users and identify expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales and product to ensure the best fit for customers.
