Job summary

Factbird is seeking a Product Manager to own the roadmap and drive execution from idea to launch in Copenhagen. You will work with a dedicated team across product, firmware, cloud, UX, and business stakeholders, reporting to the Director of Product.

You’ll bring a strong PM backbone with hands-on shopfloor experience in manufacturing, a continuous discovery mindset, and a data-driven approach to deliver real value on the factory floor.

Qualifications

• Solid product management experience with agile practices.
• Hands-on shopfloor experience in manufacturing required.
• Continuous discovery mindset; comfortable with ambiguity.
• Strong data analytics instinct; able to translate analysis into action.
• Natural communicator between engineers, designers, operators and leadership.
• Proven ability to align and drive R&D teams toward outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Turn strategy into shipped products by roadmapping and prioritizing.
• Lead across disciplines between product, firmware, cloud, UX and business.
• Identify customer needs and translate into clear user stories.
• Spearhead continuous discovery with internal and external stakeholders.
• Launch, learn, iterate and evolve features from real-world usage.
• Define and track KPIs aligned with product objectives.
