Factbird is seeking a Product Manager in Copenhagen to own the roadmap and drive execution from idea to launch and beyond. You’ll collaborate with a dedicated development team and report to the Director of Product, shaping a platform that delivers real value on the factory floor.

You’ll need hands-on shopfloor experience, a data-driven mindset, and a talent for communicating across engineers, operators, and leadership. This role anchors product strategy in manufacturing outcomes.

Formación

• Solid Product Management experience with practical, hands-on approach.
• Experience on the shopfloor translating production pain into product decisions.
• Continuous discovery mindset: talk to customers, map jobs to be done, identify patterns.
• Strong data analytics instinct and ability to turn insights into actions.
• Clear communicator across engineers, designers, operators and leadership.
• Proven ability to drive and align R&D teams towards measurable outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Turn strategy into shipped products by defining roadmaps and prioritizing initiatives.
• Lead across disciplines: align product, firmware, cloud, UX and stakeholders.
• Identify customer needs and translate into clear user stories.
• Drive continuous discovery with internal and external stakeholders.
• Launch products, gather feedback, and iterate based on usage.
• Define and track KPIs to measure product outcomes.
