Job summary

Nigel Frank International in Silkeborg seeks an experienced Senior Business Central Consultant to lead end-to-end BC implementations for new customers. Take ownership of solution design, engage with stakeholders, and translate requirements into practical BC solutions.

You will build long-term client relationships, run workshops and training, and contribute to a positive, collaborative culture in a smaller, hands-on team with renovated offices.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and NAV knowledge preferred.
• Ability to translate complex customer needs into BC solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead full Business Central implementations for new customers.
• Act as a solution architect by understanding customer needs and translating them into concrete BC solutions.
• Create solution descriptions, user stories, and project documentation.
• Build long-term relationships with your customer portfolio through proactive communication.
• Support customers through updates, changes, and new legislation within BC/NAV.
• Deliver workshops, user training, and advisory sessions.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as developers and support, while taking ownership of your own tasks and deadlines.
