Trackunit is hiring a Software Engineer in Aalborg, Denmark, to build and ship new features on a platform that already runs at scale. You’ll join the platform team responsible for multiple live domains used daily by customers.

We welcome engineers with varying experience, from a couple of years to more, who can contribute to production-ready systems. You’ll work on a cloud-based microservice architecture with event-driven design, emphasizing reliability, observability and performance.

Qualificações

• Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, and REST APIs in a modern cloud-based microservice architecture.
• Experience migrating and running live production services with high data volumes, observability, reliability and performance.
• Interest in discussing technical topics, learning, and collaborating across teams to improve platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Improve, extend and run the live domains our team owns, including telemetry storage and APIs, the event system, and the alerting engine, without disrupting production.
• Build and run your own services, with migration paths when architecture or data formats need to change.
• Work closely with internal teams building products on top of the platform you help shape.
• Keep the platform reliable and observable at high data volumes.
