Job summary

Medtronic plc in the Nordics and Benelux region seeks a Regional Sales Manager for the Neurovascular portfolio. You will lead a field-based sales team, develop regional strategies, and collaborate with clinical and marketing teams to drive adoption of thrombectomy, aneurysm, and embolisation solutions.

The role requires extensive travel across the Nordics and Benelux, hospital-based deployments, and strong leadership to meet growth objectives while improving patient outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent with medical device sales experience and leadership.
Experience leading field-based commercial teams with targets.
Experience selling in Neurovascular/Interventional markets.
Knowledge of healthcare funding pathways in the region.
Willingness to travel extensively across Nordics and Benelux.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.
Develop and execute regional sales strategies across portfolios.
Build relationships with key opinion leaders and clinical teams.
Partner with Strategic Account Management, Marketing, Medical Education, and Clinical teams.
Support adoption of new technologies through education and training.
Manage regional forecasting, budgeting, and resource planning.
