Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Commercial experience in healthcare, MedTech, pharmaceuticals, or related industry preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in Danish and English.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Denmark.
• Preferred location: Århus or Vejle.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales, market share, and business objectives within the assigned region.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Clinical Consultants and commercial professionals.
• Build strong relationships with physicians, hospital stakeholders, and key decision-makers.
• Develop and execute local business and account plans.
• Partner closely with Marketing, Clinical Development, Professional Education, and other cross-functional teams.
• Support new technology adoption and product launches.
• Ensure all activities comply with Johnson & Johnson policies and compliance standards.
