Job summary

Terma group is seeking a Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain Java-based software modules that support our defense and aerospace systems. The role sits in our Radar & Security department in Lystrup, with agile teams and a culture of professionalism and responsibility.

You will collaborate with system engineers and testers to translate customer requirements into high‑quality, scalable code while adhering to industry standards and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in software engineering, computer science, data science, or related field.
• Proven track record as a software engineer across the full lifecycle: requirements, design, implementation, testing.
• Experience with code reviews and continuous integration/delivery practices.
• Fluency in English; Danish is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities
